Day without barriers (11. 9. 2009)

The afternoon with musical and dramatic programme was intended mainly for people with hearing defects, visual and mental handicaps. The event took place in the park of the Blanik Knights Cave and it was a wonderful time full of experiences, surprise, cooperation and understanding.

The pleasant atmosphere was sweetened thanks to a group called Dunumba that performs a medley of traditional West African and modern dance rhythms so called Tekno Mandingue. We have to also mention a performing of theatre fans from an amateur group LMD who acted a piece called African legends where Jenda Pavlíček, a blind man, gave a guest performance.

Furthermore, a company DINASYS demonstrated a new unique navigation system for blind people. Our blind visitors had an opportunity to get information and try it on their own.
